Shark Shine Detail LLC operates a luxury mobile detailing and estate / property care business serving the East Valley, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and the surrounding Phoenix metro area in Arizona. We may also provide commercial property maintenance services.

Transactional consent covers appointment confirmations, service updates, and reminders. Separate marketing consent covers service and product specials and other promotional SMS.

Required mobile information statement

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell mobile opt-in lists. Consent to receive SMS is not transferred to unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

These consents are separate. A client may opt into one, both, or neither. Opting into transactional messages does not constitute consent for marketing messages, and vice versa.

When published on sharkshinedetail.com (or another primary Brand Registration domain), the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy URLs in the consent language will match the live public URLs used in HighLevel Trust Center / A2P campaign registration.

5. How we disclose information

We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not sell or buy leads as a business practice.

We may disclose information in these situations:
